The New President

All of you know the outcome by now...Obama as the newest President. What you don't know is that the kids were able to come with me to the polls for voting. We were lucky enough to get in and out with no wait time at all. This really is a small town! Then, last night while we were watching the election, the kids were doing some geography. They were playing a state game and Obama kept winning which upset some of the kids (since they were losing cards). It was a great experience for the kids to be able to go to the polls and then watch the outcome on t.v. I wish that the next 4 years go as good as he thinks they will. We shall see!
